We are excited to announce that this year's Annual General Meeting (AGM) will have a new format that is more social and inclusive. Firstly, there will be a brief business portion, followed by a pizza party with refreshments. During this time, we will have the pleasure of listening to our guest speaker, Dipika Damerla, Councillor Ward 7. If you have any questions for her, please submit them in advance to help her prepare.
To ensure that we have enough pizza and refreshments for everyone, we kindly request that you RSVP and register before the meeting. We hope to see you there!
The date of the meeting is Sunday, February 25 at 4:30 pm at Erindale Community Hall.

The Board of Directors election will be held during the meeting. Twelve positions are available in total, with six positions to be filled for a two-year term. Please note that the Association began operating on a staggered two-year rotation for directors in 2021.
If you're interested in joining the Board, please email the registrar at info@erindalevillage.ca with a brief profile of 2-4 sentences by February 11th. Although nominations will be accepted during the meeting, submitting your name ahead of time will ensure that your name is included in the list of candidates sent out in advance.
We also welcome any topics you'd like to discuss or vote upon at the meeting. Please forward these to the registrar at info@erindalevillage.ca by February 11th.
One week before the scheduled AGM, a meeting package containing the agenda and other materials will be sent to you. This package will provide all the necessary information needed to participate in the meeting fully. If you require assistance printing the attachments, please contact us.
